Salinity is the major constraint that decreases yield and production of crops. Wheat has a significant value in agricultural food commodities. The germination growth wheat seedlings are big challenge salt-affected soils. seed priming technique used to mitigate salt stress enhance Therefore, current study was conducted evaluate hydropriming natural plant extract (moringa leaf extract) water on seeds grown under different saline (0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2 M NaCl) environments. attributes (germination percentage, index, mean day, coefficient variance, vigor index) seedling (fresh weight, dry root length, shoot length) were enhanced plants primed by moringa extract. percentage observed 10% more at NaCl treated with than water. nutrient (K, Ca, Mg, P, S, Fe, B, Mn, Zn, Cu) uptake also shoots roots soaked as compared Controlled showed higher concentrations toxic ions (Na) reactive oxygen species (H2O2) seedlings. use for will their maintaining efficient restricting accumulation.
